We are a talented, young, three-piece blues/classic rock band called 'We Are Illusion.' We are based in Didsbury and have been together for four years. All members are aged 16-17 and together we have composed many songs, performing at Manchester's top venues including: The Academy, Band on the Wall, Dry Bar, Moho Live, Satan's Hollow, Jabez Clegg, and The Kraak Gallery.

We have recently released our first single, 'The Rain Came Down Today' on ITunes, Amazon and Spotify and you can listen to it here :) We have also been played on radio, had two past managers, won regional competitions and have taken part in music conferences.

We are looking for a male lead singer to replace our old one. You must be 16-19 and preferably play an instrument (though not essential). Ideally looking for someone with a Mich Jagger or Jim Morrison hoarse rock voice. We are also looking for rhythm guitar, and bass or keyboards. You must be committed to the band for the forseeable future, be happy to practice a couple of times a week, live in or near Manchester and of course, enjoy classic rock/blues music.
