ABOUT
I am now a licensed street performer in Hull having picked up a guitar for the first time last October to use as a physiotherapy aid to get my fingers moving after having a stroke. I am busking and improving rapidly and my real desire is to promote music in rehabilitation for stroke victims and others.
I am actively seeking opportunities to feature in established performers public performances, perhaps as simply a one song guest appearance during a set and introducing me as being there to show people what music can do to change a life positively.
I am happy to appear with virtually any type of band/performer to enable me to promote this message of hope though my main areas of inclination are towards the blues/folk areas. I include a sample song just recorded of my own reflections on the aftermath of having a stroke.
