Hi, I'm a guitarist seeking a female singer to write with and perform.
I've been playing with a singer for a few years, but that has come to end.
Although some of my influences are very folky, I'm not specifically looking for a folk singer to do folk songs with.
I live near Durham but work in Gateshead so am available all over the north-east.
I typically play in non-standard tunings and try and write dynamic and melodic pieces.
I’ve written songs on my own but it literally takes me years to finish one. I need someone to bounce ideas off, and who is a better singer than me (not hard).
If your remotely interested in getting involved with trying to create some interesting and challenging music, or even if you just fancy singing some covers with a guitarist, please get in touch.

A old one, uses a funny tuning and a capo, so the key is easily changed. The verse / intro bangs on a bit!

D Descendants
Relatively recent. I think the original verse part was in 4/4, but it developed into 3/4. I have a vocal melody idea for the verse, and that's about it.

Mind body & soul
I have a chorus melody and lyrics for this one, hence it has a title. No verse vocal melody ideas and needs something else to happen after the 2nd chorus.
