2017 is a good year musically so far - currently I'm a semi-finalist in this years UK Songwriting Competition with 'Waiting to Fall' (see enclosed song material)

I can write in many genres / blues / jazz / delta-blues / country / but lately I've been edging towards folk music - think Meson / Seth Lakeman / Kate Rusby / Ray La Montagne / and many others, so I'm looking to move in this direction now as this style is vibrant and alive...

I play guitars (with lots of open tunings) which produces a great deal of musical freedom. I also play bass guitar & piano...

I am looking for musicians who would be willing to have a go at session work for upcoming recording work - namely mandolin, banjo, violin, and other folk instruments...

Age is unimportant - just lots of talent, versitility and of course commitment & enthusiasm needed....

I love the creative process of writing music & songs and it would be great to meet like-minded musicians who wish to collaborate on projects / ideas.

It's low key / zero pressure at the moment but could go anywhere which is really exciting....small band or what have you...!

These days I mainly play acoustic guitar but still dabble with piano compositions as can be heard here.

For those that might be interested in such a project please would you submit a demo of your speciality - this does not have to be in any way fancy or well produced. It is just so I can hear you....

Many thanks for looking at the blurb

Acoustic Guitars - sold piano as moved into a shoebox but no issues in purchasing all required gear as the past have had them all - Gibson's, Fender's, Roland Piano's but so what.... :-)
