ABOUT
Launched last year in Huddersfield, Bongo Chilli Records is a label designed to showcase Chilli and the other artists he works with. Bongo Chilli is a Jamaican born Singer/MC, already ranking high in both D&B and Reggae with tunes like 'Gangsters Life', 'Everyday' and 'Get Out of Here'.
The first release on this label was 'Sound Like'. With the original coming from Rogue State and Benny Page on the D&B relick, the tune did so well that it's currently being repressed.
The second release from the label is now ready to drop. This time the vocal comes from D.BO. General (the original Arsonist!) and the D&B remix is by Jaydan (Propaganda/Ganja Recs). Entitled ‘Bashy Fashy' (produced by Rogue State) this an infectious riddim and this time Rogue has also created a 140bpm version. Already creating havoc on dubplate, watch out for this in November!
