BBEG - Guarida
BBEG - Guarida Track number: 41 Year: 2021 Album: Vignettes V Genre: Metal
A powerful and short start. You don't like metal? Fair enough, skip to the next

Across Countries - New Home
Across Countries - New Home Track number: 28 Year: 2020 Album: Vignettes III Genre: Acoustic
Chill and simple. The polar opposite to the previous track, if BBEG was Doom this is Animal Crossing. Still not your thing? Ok, try with the next.

Locrian Coffee
Locrian Coffee Track number: 37 Year: 2020 Album: Vignettes IV Genre: Other
Dark but soothing, I tried to make the ineffable locrian mode sound somewhat pleasant. Frequently I find myself making music inspired by some interesting concept, this is one of those attempts.

Malaqa
Malaqa Track number: 8 Year: 2019 Album: Vignettes I Genre: World
One of the first vignettes. The singing and production quality is pretty bad, but I would say that I nailed the tishoumaren style, which has been quite influential in my music.

The Gate
The Gate Track number: 34 Year: 2020 Album: Vignettes IV Genre: Other
This is more like a soundtrack than a proper song, focussing on environmental sounds and ambiguous harmonies.
-
Wild Wizards
Wild Wizards Track number: 40 Year: 2020 Album: Vignettes IV Genre: Other
Speaking of which, this is a proper soundtrack that I made for a videogame during a game jam (you have to make a game with your team in 48h). I limited myself to use a SNES soundchip to get that retro vibe. It's meant to be repetitive and catchy, like old school videogames.

Cyber Fuga
Cyber Fuga Track number: 24 Year: 2020 Album: Vignettes III Genre: Electronic
Like Locrian Coffee, this was mostly a challenge to myself, to see if I could do an interesting fugue. Not bad if I may say so myself. The texture of the synths and the moving voices makes the result both clearer and more confusing somehow.

Baby Steps
Baby Steps Track number: 15 Year: 2019 Album: Vignettes II Genre: Jazz
Another experiment. This time I tried my luck with the infamous Coltrane changes. Once again, the performance and the production are not very good, there are some nice parts here and there.
