Kiss Me Slowly slate mix v3
Kiss Me Slowly slate mix v3Dance ballad originally written as a ballad but recorded it against a techno beat. Dance and Enjoy!
Ozaki SunriseInfluenced by the Point Break Films with a doft of the cap to Patrick Swayze this Rock track although quite heavy carries a catchy style that hopefully will have you tapping your foot...at the very least!!
Why I Lie
Why I Lie'Why I Lie a song that doesn't confirm to typical song structures. A song of 3 parts that blend together to create a slow building acoustic experience leading through to a calming iconic harmonic vocal through to the finish. Enjoy one of my favourite compositions to date.' Paul
Astral FiresThis was the first song i wrote, The premise of the song is about someone who has lost their true love, and who, sadly cannot continue in this world without them. Astral fires in my mind is the warmth that a loved one leaves and carries with them once they have gone but also provide warmth to those left behind through the memories they leave behind. Very raw low production song. And is the title of my 1st Album 'Astra Fires' Hope you like it.
Love Is An Ocean Road
Love Is An Ocean RoadOne of my favourites! Love is an Ocean road - This song is a roadtrip in vw campervan down to the coast, Your driving the coastal road the sun is setting over the horizon. A really catchy song that many of my fans have really loved. Also was featured on BBC introducing West Midlands. My 2nd Radio play so will always hold special place for me. Hope you Love the feel of the song!
Roller DiscoSlight Oasis feel but with an 80's twist. Influenced by a local centre that offers a Roller Disco, just thought it was the great name for a song. This song holds a great story, a boy who invites a girl to the Roller Disco and what the future holds for them should she say says yes....a road trip to America taking in casino's in Rino too fortune cookies in San Francisco, and how one girls answer affects the whole of their lives (the dance floor) will be enlightened.
Out Of Our Minds
Out Of Our MindsOut of our minds. Heavily influenced by my late uncle and quiet man who had a bad stutter. He led a very simple life. Following his passing newspaper clippings were discovered directly quoting him from demonstrations he attended denouncing the Iraq war under the Blair administration.(no one knew about his attendance within the family) My uncle was a quiet peace loving man who had his say, without looking for any personal glory whatsoever. Writing this song was my way of grieving, ironically the essence of the song is around the twisting of truths but has a really upbeat feel, which fits into the idea of celebrating a simple life. A great life.
Culacino Hearts V3 - 2
Culacino Hearts V3 - 2Culacino hearts - a special song as it was the first song to get radio broadcast BBC introducing Hereford and Worcester in 2016 also more recently broadcast on blackcountry radio. A ballad, the theme is around the darkness and suffering we've all been though at some point following the break up of a relationship. 'Culacino' being the water mark left by a glass on a table, the link being drinking to escape the pain of separation and the chances of reconciliation fading away. Recording this song was the probably a massive light bulb moment point in my song writing journey as I felt I had really hit upon my sound, my vibe. Many fans say there is something about the song they really love and for many its their favourite.
