We are Murderville and we play original songs inspired by Film Noir, Detective fiction and similar tales from the dark side of life. We need a new upright bass player to join our line up of female vocals, lead and rhythm guitars. Our influences include jazz, blues, gypsy swing, Marc Ribot, Tom Waits, Nick Cave and Johnny Dowd. We aren't serious jazzers but do try to stretch ourselves in that direction.
