We are an Alternative Hard Rock band from Birmingham, West Midlands. We are influenced by Alter Bridge, Black Stone Cherry, Breaking Benjamin, and RED. We are a serious band but we like to have a laugh. We are looking for a lead guitarist who can solo really really well. Very much like Mark Tremonti from Alter Bridge, can play rhythm guitar well, and can also sing as well. Also can make songs and riffs. We're looking for someone aged between 20-22. If you think you could be that member, please contact us immedietly on newdayrisingofficial@, with info about yourself, a unedited video clip of you soloing either live performance or at home (though we would like to see a performance), and a clip of your own song. We will NOT use your song without your permission under any circumstances!! We're NOT a screamo band! We want someone who wants to go really far with this band, who is commited no matter what. We want someone who is friendly, funny, kind, and passionat about music. We want someone who can play by ear. We use tunings of Drop C, Drop B, Drop Bb and sometimes we use standard tunings for acoustic guitar only.
