Seeking a Rock/Metal/DnB 'Home Producer/Engineer' to assist with recording a "lightning in a bottle" song. Don't have a budget to hire big studios or session musicians.Class myself more of a creator than a musician. Played bass/vocals in the past (not to a professional level) but have the ability to know when I have created/written an earworm. The inspiration to write comes as and when but I have a few songs in back storage. The one I am working on now has surprised even myself and I am fed up with 'so called' friends/musicians stitching me up and wasting my time & money over the years just because I work a little bit untraditionally (no I’m not a diva! I just think scales are for fish)) I no longer have any contacts within the rock/metal community due to ‘life’ so getting some assistance with my project is extremely hard. Not looking for a band, gigging musicians or wallowing in self pity with an acoustic guitar. I just have an ability to create 3 minute verse/chorus/verse/bridge etc catchy rock/metal songs and require someone to acknowledge the potential and work with me on my vision. Will explain more if someone is interested. I can't do it alone!
I can compensate financially/socially but not the going rate for studios/rehearsal rooms etc hence would rather a smaller environment with a more one to one sharing/critical/creating and enjoyable atmosphere. Looking for someone to bounce ideas off and bring out my fullest potential while enjoyably passing the time. If I am wrong then I just look like another self indulgent and arrogant muso! but I have a feeling I ain’t wrong.
