Session2Session delivers a flexible and robust collaboration system for musicians and song writers, allowing them to keep intellectual property rights intact, and to give them the facility to offer completed projects (or work in progress) for sale and auction. Firstly, a shop entrance to session musicians and song writers, who with access to the tools and applications available, enables collaboration on ‘musical’ or ‘lyrical’ projects, which are owned by the authors or collaborates. A robust system will be in place to offer privacy of the projects being developed through the portal, leading to distribution in the public domain with intellectual property rights intact.
Secondly, a portal entrance is activated by accessing the product ‘Session_Library’. it delivers a shop entrance to session musicians and song writers wishing to store ‘musical’ or ‘lyrical’ projects in raw or collaborated states, with intellectual property rights intact. Projects can be stored and retrieved privately, or in the public domain. Projects can be edited and tracked by the owner, leading to potential sale, or auction for personal commercial profit through various tools available to them.
There are many tools available to the musicians and song writers who have access to S_M and S_L. ‘Musicians’ and ‘song writers’ will be referred to as ‘customers’ throughout this document.
