Hey there.
I'm a guitarist, just gotten out of my last band, and want to keep playing music. I'm dedicated, focused and talented. I graduated in Music this summer.
More than anything, I'm looking for people who aren't interested in sounding derivative. Obviously, everyone has influences- I'll list some of mine at the bottom- but I'm looking for people who don't want to sound like the next -insert totally inimitable band here-.
I'm also looking for people interested in pushing themselves musically. I like alternate time signatures, key changes. General proggy goodness.

The list goes on, and on, but as I said, the emphasis is on originality.
I have some stuff I've been working on recently. Maybe three or four songs worth of ideas. One of them is completely finished now and can be sent to interested parties.
I'm happy just to go for a jam, or a pint and get to know people. I'm not as pretentious or as elitist as I sound, I just want to be doing something really good musically, with people that feel the same way.
