Graven Sign is a band that plays black metal and is inspired mainly by nature
and our surroundings. Our music is progressive but still retains heaviness as
we all love heavy metal, especially black metal and progressive metal.
Our vocals are raw (Steve our vocalist sings for the band Niroth who did a
split ep with Wodensthrone as well as their own album) James McGrenery is a
very thorough guitarist and graduated with flying colours from Guitar X
college in London. Sam is a very strong rhythm guitarist and dependable at
all times (As are all of us)and I, myself am very thorough with my playing
which includes writing alot of riffs and making sure the bass is not stagnant
so fills are used tastefully but efficiently. Check out

of decent quality. Our aim is to record our album as soon as possible
as we have the songs ready and have also started work on a follow up ep of
which 1 song is written completely already.
