Funkophonics (not necessarily a permanent name) is a local Bournemouth/Southampton based function band very newly set up. We are looking to put together a wedding/party/corporate functions band consisting of drums, guitars, bass, trumpet and DJ.
The 3 current members are aged between 25 & 42 and are all very experienced musicians who have been playing and gigging for too many years already!
The covers we are looking at doing are all funk/soul/pop/groove based e.e Stevie Wonder, Tina Turner, The Jackson 5, Bruno Mars, Daft Punk, Jamiroqui, Chic etc
We have just confirmed the DJ and possibly trumpet player but are still looking for lead guitarist.
