ABOUT

Self-taught when i was 15. Played it every day i could since then. Left university recently and searching my soul for what i should do, and being in a band is something i've always wanted to do but never pursued fully. I jam with a friend occasionally but his level of commitment isn't on the same level of mine, nor style/genre. Started out learning rock like arctic monkeys and muse, enamouring me with riffs, and then from about year 2 been playing metal and hardcore. My equipment isn't great, and my technicality could be better, but i have raw talent, passion and a willingness to learn. I have learned to use Audacity to record myself and have numerous ideas and riffs stored on my computer, just waiting to be shared and harnessed with fellow heavy riff lovers. I find it hard to create a full song at this point in time but i am getting dangerously close, but feel like its time that i could use some help and go for it. I would love a metal style like any of my influences, but would be willing to tone down for something melodic, however i think riffs on the heavier side would have to be included to some degree for my best creativity to shine through.
