Los Angeles and New Orleans Session and Club guitarist. Jazz trained, specialize in Country, R&B, Blues, Rockabilly, and Funk. Read OK, charts and scores. Not a 1st-take sight reader. Have good gear but not a gear head. Like playing with a rhythm section. Also accompanying singers. I have my music theory down better than most and my ear is well trained. Can also play sax in a pinch, but not an ace. Can arrange harmonies and horn parts.

telecasters, 335, Archtop Jazz box, etc. Flat top dreadnaught steel string and classical nylon string. Amps: Various tube amps. Stomp boxes: boost, compressor, analog delay, wah-wah. Nothing fancy, just good sounding gear.
