I am an accomplished and very versatile piano/keyboard player. I had piano lessons as a kid and studied music theory at music school. I can read music and understand music theory well. Growing up in the 80's and 90s, I was raised on what is now termed classic rock and have been a keyboard player in rock bands over the years covering classic rock and metal as well as modern rock such as the likes of Coldplay, Keane, Arctic Monkeys, Stereophonics etc.
I am looking to join a local band that plays anything from the lighter end of rock to the heavier metal end, both modern and classic. I also enjoy the challenge of prog if there is an audience for it. In my most recent band, I also play bass on the keys as well as providing the keyboard parts at the same time.
