Thanks for reading my bio.
64 year old Guitarist from Stockport. who has been playing almost 50 years. I'm a bit old school, I like valves, analogue and retro style guitars. I mostly play and old 1959 Les Paul, through a quality valve amp, some foot pedals and other bits and pieces.
I'm not into party or function bands and I hate being a solo artist to a backing track - What's the point?
What I am really interested in is a couple of things. Firstly, I love the Blues and the second love is instrumentals [to a point]. I also pen my own songs.
The ideal kind of band that would suit me is either a band that sits genuinely in one of those areas, or is perhaps a mixture of the two?
A couple of ideas I have:
1.0 Gary Moore Tribute / blues tribute
2.0 A band that plays my original music.
