I am a 19 year old, band experienced guitarist and bassist. I have played in a hard rock band for 2 years as a bassist and gigged regularly with them. I am now a guitarist for a prog metal band and am also gigging regularly with them. My play style is very rhythm based but incorporates a lot of lead style. My only real shortcoming is my inability to solo outwith a standard blues style solo, mainly due to my lack of understanding of theory. I have some understanding of music theory but not a great deal. I am quit to learn and open to playing most styles of music.
