Been playing a long time. Early influences like T rex were dumped in favour of more 'serious 'music ( but some of those songs from Mark Bolan are very strong)......People as much as bands had a great effect on listening so thanks should go to Jane Gleeson who widened my musical and political horizons' and Stuart Hicks who introduced me to Blues, Prog music and much more. Played in teen bands called Raun and Oasis and later KP Nuts wihich still seems very appropriate. In all of those bands one person was constant, Paul Cargill and his influence stays with me today. Now there's 'The Trafns'...which is just me....very very sad ..... and play (attempt) to play all parts, using bass, rhythm, guitar synth, and lead. Some original compositions, but the MP3 on this page is a Barlage/Akkerman tune from 1970,Tommy, another Akkerman piece, Le Clochard ( but my version would be better called The Clockcard) a ditty from 1974 of mine called 'New Flit' and a thing of mine just called 'Friday' and 'Friday to Kylie' ( with Bedchamber Music) recorded ln March '05 using just guitars and bass.......to Zoom MRS1608 portable digital studio..K.xx
