March 2012:
The Lukins are a Plymouth based band who have been cranking out grungey disco-infused alternative rock since early 2010.

Utilising stoner-groove riffs, funky hard drums, melodic vocal hooks and hardcore bass lines, Plymouth based 'The Lukins' have a full set of original material, with our unique sound being described as 'Queens of the Stone Age' being molested by Blondie'.

Sadly due to personal commitments our bassist needs to leave, so we are on the lookout for a new bassist. We're looking for someone who is proficient, committed, enthusiastic, has their own kit, and wants to make some noise! We like to have fun, so sense of mischief is also prefearable! We welcome people of any age and gender - we're just looking for the right person.
