Playing fast paced blues numbers blended with spacious epics, The Burning Fields transcend genre classification. Taking influences from blues, classical and folk, our sound has been likened to that of The Doors, Ben Folds and Mumford and Sons, among others. We are currently recording our debut ep at The Old Mill Studio and require a bassist who is not in another band, who is committed. We have three tracks up on our myspace:
