We are looking for MUSICIANS and DANCERS to join us; unlike a band we are to create performances, which we tour. Each tour is different. But have a Passionate, Intense and Intimate feel. Risky, Edgy. We are creating a ballet very like balletLORENT’s

Music is being written based on the existing play, it will be performed as a modern dance supported by a live band on an underground circuit of smaller venues not unlike the Hyena Cafe Newcastle (http://www.thehyena.com/preview/public/)

Veronica's room by Ira Levin

Veronica's room is no ordinary Victorian parlour. It's a spider's web where two bloodthirsty vampire-spiders trap a young butterfly into a sacrifice. Prepare your heart to be chilled, your nerves to be jangled and your mind to be numbed. Steel yourself, murder is afoot. Veronica's Room is a two-act play set in a house about a half an hour's drive from Boston. There are four characters; the man, the woman, the girl, and the young man the story deals with the girl, Susan.
Susan was having dinner with the young man when an older man and woman approached them. They told Susan she looked a lot like a girl named Veronica. That seems innocent enough. But looking like Veronica is not necessarily good. Veronica has died of tuberculosis. Susan is about to visit the house where Veronica lived and meet Veronica's sister. In fact Susan is being asked to impersonate Veronica. It’s for a good cause - or so she's told - to please Veronica's sister who is dying of cancer. But Susan is being drawn into a ritual that she cannot possibly begin to comprehend and once she enters Veronica's room there will be no escape. Not in fantasy. Not in reality. Nor in any of the areas that lie between.
