Vocalist - Tenor.ABOUT
This is an opportunity for a male singer to perform 2-3 close harmony Christmas songs in a show in Guildford in December 2019. You will be singing with an experienced five person a cappella group.
The ideal person would
- Have a high male (tenor) voice
- Be versatile (able to sing a range of styles from classical to jazz to pop)
- Be adaptable (able to front a song as lead singer, or blend into backing vocals)
- Be confident to sing one to a part and a cappella
- Be willing to memorise 2-3 songs and perform off copy
- Be available to practice 1-2 hrs/week in Woking, Sept-Dec, pref Monday evenings
- Be available to perform Fri Dec 6th evening in Guildford
It would help a lot (but is not essential) if you can read music.
There may be an opportunity to continue singing with the group in the New Year.
