Five piece pub / club band currently gigging once / twice a month (acoustic guitar, electric guitar, drums bass and keys). Some pub classics but other more interesting songs as well - we always get plaudits for the variety in the set and the mantra is that we want people to enjoy the music but be able to have a conversation at the same time if they want. Find us on under squeezeboxbandsurrey ... (the name derives from the first song we played publicly - we needed a name and the name stuck!)
Keyboard player has decided to move on - so looking for a competent musician to take on up to 50% lead vocals and backing vocals. Needs to be good enough to be able to pick up existing set quickly but of course we will evolve as soon as we get someone in situ. Predominantly keys required but other instrumentation (to make songs interesting) a bonus but not a pre-requisite. We will honour Jan/Feb bookings as four piece but looking to have new member in place for March gigs
