Been playing on and off since I was about 11 but play most days for the last few years. Im completely self taught, I've tried to learn musical theory but find it quite boring and would rather just play by feel, probably know more than I realise but not the official name for it!
I prefer just messing about with my own stuff rather than learning other people songs note for note. I come up with )to my mind ay least) a few decent riffs/song outlines on a daily basis, which are promptly forgotten. I know hundreds of riffs from songs but very few full songs the whole way through, I learn enough to satisfy myself that I could play it all if I ever needed to.
Essentially I'm competent but have no real direction.
Just looking for like minded people to jam with, see where it goes. No real expectations or goals.
