My technique is mainly fingerstyle, I am also proficient in slap/pop, two handed tapping, plectrum picking and chordal styles. I try not to confine myself to one genre and can play in a wide range of styles, I favour the 'countermelody' approach to basslines such as the work of artists such as Paul Mccartney, Trevor Bolder and Geddy Lee.

I've been involved in folk music and have played Céilidh gigs as a stand in for dance bands, I play open mic nights solo or with friends relatively frequently and I've toured Cornwall plus played a few other gigs here and there as a stand in with a professional Rock/Blues/Funk trio.

Over the last few years music has gradually been becoming a bigger part of my life, and I am now studying Popular music at Chester University, while looking for session work and working on personal projects. I usually play bass for 3+ hours a day on top of practicing periphery instruments and other music related studies.
