I've been playing Bass for more than 35 years - currently in a Grunge tribute band in Northamptonshire.
I played Piano since a small kid, and I'm a reasonable rhythm guitarist.
Not very good at vocals, but confident enough on the mic for chorus "shouting" and talking to the audience / song intros etc.
