ABOUT

Peppe Cammarata was born in Enna on the 10th of May, 1986. Since he was a child, he was very passionate about music, he studied piano with his father. At the age of 14 he decides to start studying electric bass guitar, and he begins his education in theory and harmony with Liborio Petralia ( from Enna). In that same period he also plays in Petralia's band Breed Machine.
From that moment onwards he studies bass by himself taking example from great bassists like Jaco Pastorius, Victor Wooten, Michael Manring and great musicians of the past like N. Paganini and J.S. Bach.
He then decides to play various genres (metal, rock, fusion, funk, reggae, bossanova) until he discovers his evergreen love for progressive-rock. Still he teams up with many musicians from different genres 'cause of his constant need of progress.
Since 2008 he plays also as a lead-member of his solo projects.
