I started playing bass in October 2022 in my semi-retirement learning using a Tune A Day book, lots of YouTube and more recently weekly lessons. I have limited experience of playing with other musicians, I am not in a band and I have never played a gig, but I feel that as my playing improves I would like to start doing these things. My main motivation is just for fun and I practice nearly every day.
