Vocalist, guitarist and songwriter in an active gigging band (https://www.instagram/skylarksthe/).
We're a Walworth/Bermondsey-based band looking for a new bass player. We're aged from late forties to early sixties, but we're open to members of all ages. Looking for someone who can commit to a regular weekly rehearsal (in Walworth, SE17) and 3-6 London gigs a month.
We've been going since March 2022 and have played somewhere in the region of 50 dates in that time, with plenty more on offer, and some hopefully bigger dates coming up.
We perform an increasing number of originals, which we plan to start recording as soon as possible. We also perform an eclectic range of covers by the likes of Bob Dylan, Talking Heads, Arthur Alexander, Velvet Underground, Television, Fred Neil etc.
