Nicole Stella is an eclectic young songwriter and musician with a passion for folk and acoustic pop.
Born in a small town in Northern Italy, where she studied both classical and jazz music at the Cantelli Conservatory (Novara, Italy), she moved to London in 2013, establishing her presence as a talented and individual artist.
Her debut album, "New Day", now available on all the major online music stores, is a collection of original songs inspired by many influences, ranging from Joni Mitchell’s early folksongs to the classical and jazz echoes in Tori Amos’s work.
Independently produced, released and distributed, "New Day" is a remarkable debut work.
Nicole’s voice, classically trained but entirely distinctive, complements the minimalistic arrangements of acoustic guitars, keyboards and bass lines. The raw sound of the album with interesting, often unusual harmonies, gives a fresh outline to every song.
