Neon Fields is a distinctive British electronic alternative band that formed in 2020, just before the global pandemic hit. During the resulting lockdowns, the trio from the southwest UK pushed the boundaries into a genre-bending territory by refining their sound in isolation and sharing music remotely. The result of their efforts is a unique, sophisticated style that captivates audiences with cinematic soundscapes, industrial tones, and creative narratives.
The band is based in Wiltshire, UK, and consists of Ed Barrett as the vocalist, Luke Russe as the drummer, and Piers Ward as the keyboardist and guitarist. Drawing from diverse influences, the band's goal is to seamlessly traverse multiple genres to deliver a unique brand of music.
Neon Fields has released a debut album that has received enthusiastic approval from both critics and fans, as well as a few remixes and a live album. In 2023, the band signed a limited contract with the independent label Epictronic, which refers to their first album.
