Dave (40): Bass player for 15 years, Rob (42): drummer for 20+ years. together we form a pretty tight rhythm section. We've got together with an old friend of mine recently Andy Cox (Thankyou Bandmix for reuniting me with a long lost friend and cheers Andy for being such a fantastic guitarist and all round nice bloke :-) ) who's taken over rhythm guitar duties so we're looking for a singer/lead guitarist around 30-50 year age bracket preferably but we're not ageist. Our set list contains punk, rock, blues, metal and possibly even a little reggae along with original numbers. If you like the idea of running the spectrum and live in the Canterbury or surrounding area (we don't mind travelling, just makes life easier) contact us through this site or phone 08454185971 and leave a message or email mostlyharmless@fsmail.net.

Influences:

We have a wide range of influences from blues to rock to punk to reggae but we centre round the blues rock area. think early ZZtop, Dr Feelgood, Bon Scott era AC/DC, Jimi Hendrix, The Who, Cream, The Stranglers, Sex pistols, Anti Nowhere League, Motorhead but we also like more modern rock like R.A.T.M., A.I.C., Stone Temple Pilots, Pearljam, Audio Slave, Velvet Revolver, dubwar/skindred, faith no more, clutch, Spiderbait etc... We're bikers if that clears up any confusion.

Equipment List:

Squier five string Precision bass, five string yamaha bass, Marshall 200 watt dynamic bass head with a Behringer 1x15 cab, a behringer v-amp pro effects unit with a behringer compressor strapped to it and matching pedal board (andy reckons it looks like the bridge for the starship enterprise when it's all lit up.) usually slaved when playing live to a marshall B150 combo. Quite deafening! Rob plays an old drum kit that I don't know the details of coz i'm an ignorant bass player (turns out to be a rogers drum kit according to rob).Andy plays a telecaster and a s.g. through a large Marshall stack (150 watt head and 2 4x10 cabs so I'm told). We also now have an embryonic p.a. system consisting of a warrior 1000 watt amp, a behringer mixer, behringer composer pro, feedback destroyer, behringer virtualizer, 500 watt warrior amp for fold back with some class-d monitor speakers and a couple of class-d 350 watt rms speakers.A computer built for doing 8 track recording, this list changes as and when i acquire new toys!
