Where is the best place to start?

Everyone has something that they're good at, some people can play an instrument, some can paint etc., well, I can sing, and I'm confident enough to say that I can sing really well.

I auditioned for the X-Factor, and got through my first audition for the show, but was filtered out by the Producers before I got a chance to see the Judges.

I'm comfortable singing your day-to-day Boy-Band songs like Westlife, Backstreet Boys, Boys 2 Men, etc, but I want to sing my own songs now.

I'm looking for a group of guys, or girls, or mixed, consisting of people who can play the Guitar, Drums, Bass, and who are looking for someone who can write some lyrics and sing them - that is where I come in.

Would like to form either an Acoustic sounding band, mix of Indie / Rock?

I've never done this kind of thing before, so as you can tell I'm a bit of a Virgin to it all.

I'm old enough, however; to commit to something if it works out, so here goes....

Influences:

I've grown up listening to a lot of different Bands and Artists over the years.

Really into Bands like, Greenday, The Killers, Daughtry, Guns N Roses, etc.

Have sang along many a time to Westlife, Backstreet Boys, etc.

Like to listen to older music from the 60's, 70's & 80's.

Love Motown and the way it sounds.
