Hi,
I'm looking for like minded musicians who are happy to meet for practice sessions with a view to progressing into gigs and recording, but most importantly to enjoy!
My early music life was based around gospel, jazz, reggae, soulful music and funk. My father had me playing bass in a gospel church from a very young age. I also took to singing in gospel groups and choirs. This has lead to my love of all soulful & jazzy styles of music.
I would like to hear from anyone interested in Jazz, soul, R&B, funk, gospel, blues, reggae and latin Jazz.
I work with a brilliantly talented drummer who also vocalises and we have recently started working with a guitarist/singer.
I play bass (electric, frettless & double bass), a little jazz rhythm guitar and I also sing.
