Bassist and Drummer Needed

I am looking to form a band that will create some of the best original music ever (well thats the ultimate goal ;) some songs already written ) as well as playing covers that we like.
Currently have two guitarists (both dodgy singing) and a female vocalist.

Male or Female - gender really doesn't matter. Age should be around the 30 range so we can reminisce about how great it was in the 90's and how good the young'uns have it nowdays.

Any skill level required although if you are too good you may have to dumb it down to match the rest of our low end skill levels :P

Ideally be in the Medway area but if you do live outside and don't mind the travel that would be okay. Should also have the same outlook to life as the rest of us (fun loving, easy going, enjoys beer)

So want to form the best band in the world (even with my dodgy guitar playing skills)?

No time wasters (I do enough of that already ) or idiots (again I fill that shoe).

Influences should include: Hole (and Courtney Love), Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden (and Temple of the Dog), Lemonheads, Alice in Chains, Foo Fighters, Stone Temple Pilots, Smashing Pumpkins, Ned's Atomic Dustbin, Red Hot Chili Peppers ( and all that 90's Alternative stuff), The Kinks, The Who, The Beatles and anything else that rocks.
