Hi. We are looking for a drummer. We play mainly originals in a funk-rock vein (think sly stone, funkadelic, aerosmith, but also Hendrix, Lizzy, Zep etc etc), but also mix in a bit of rap (some of which is left wing political - Gil Scott Heron/P.E. etc). We are getting lots of radio airplay, have won battle of bands comps, and have recorded about 2 albums of material. Check us out on migrock.co.uk .
We are looking for a versatile and sensitive (!) drummer who can cope with complex changes/rhythms but most importantly we need someone who can hold down a killer funky beat. Must be able to swing those 16ths!
