ABOUT

Metasoma is a Heavy Metal band from London founded in 2009 by Michal‘’Misiek’’
Sedzielewski (Rhythm guitar) and Voytek Golbiak (Lead guitar). Over the next few
years, the group has solidified and established itself with the addition of new talent
and relentless work to always deliver the best performance. Now proudly featuring
French power house, Hugo Terva (Drums), Jake Thorsen from Texas (Bass guitar) and
the ever charismatic frontman Vlad Iancu hailing from Romania (Vocals).

Mixing old and new influences, from Alter Bridge’s melodic songwriting to Pantera’s violence
and power, with more classical elements of Hard Rock and American Heavy Metal, Metasoma
forges its own style. The characteristics of Metasoma’s sound is generated using a combination
of heavy guitar riffs, soaring solos, melodic vocals, unique and versatile growling, low and
crushing basslines and groovy drumming. Metasoma has played many shows throughout the
UK with such acts as Vader, Illusions, Sanctuary, Xentrix and a string of sold-out dates in the UK
and Poland supporting the critically acclaimed metal band Night Mistress which concluded with
the opening of the Juwenalia festival in Lublin. The band has also performed numerous festivals
across the UK, including a headline slot at Breaking Bands Festival, Mammothfest, Cooltura,
and more recently Hard Rock Hell (HRH). Metasoma has released two EP’s, ‘Metal Erosion’ and
‘Dead Happy’ in support of 2014’s full-length ‘Mirror of Life’. After three years of progressive
evolution the band the ‘Chapter II’ EP once more to critical and public acclaim. The lead single
“Just Breathe” reached number one on Hard Rock Hell Radio on 30/09/2017. The band extensively toured after the release of their third EP “Chapter 2”. After pandemic hiatus band came back strong with releasing new single "As one" and played mini tour with Nocny Kochanek in UK.

Due to depart of Voytek (Lead guitar) we are currently looking for new lead guitarist.

We expect from the right person commitment, creative engagement, also as we have certain image on stage right person should be willing to adjust to it.
