About

My name is Max and so far I am the only musician in this new project. I have written and recorded all instruments (drums/bass/guitar) on all songs added to this Myspace on a portable home studio. The songs are used as demos/guidlines to give you an idea of the music I intend to make. I am using this Myspace page as a means to try and attract other musicians to see if they wish to join me and start a band together so the name Maxibontripod is not the intended band name just a profile name.

The Mars Volta, King Crimson, Led Zep, Mahavishnu Orchestra, Foo Fighters, RHCP, John Frusciante, The Police, Pink Floyd, Queens of the Stone Age, Hendrix, Tool, Jeff Buckley, Muse etc.

Members Of Band

I am 24 have been playing guitar, bass and drums since I was 13 but for this project I wish to stick to guitar, so this means I am looking for:

Drummer: preferably with the ability of Jon theodore (ex Mars Volta) Thomas Pridgen (current Mars Volta), John Bonham, Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Stewart Copeland, Danny Carrey, Billy Cobham, Zack Hill etc.

Bassist: the likes of Flea, Tony Levin, Justin Chancellor, John Paul Jones etc.

Vocalist: Cedric Bixlar, Chris Cornell, Robert Plant, Jeff Buckley, Skin - someone with a powerful, melodic yet throaty voice and who has bags of stage presence.
