ABOUT

Hey I'm Matt,I've been playing music all of my life and for the last 4 years at an Industry/professional level. I have a musical ear and can play multiple instruments but my main strengths are Drums, Guitars and vocals. My last band in which I was the drummer for (more info on request) undertook 6 major tours the first supporting Lostprophets around the UK and Ireland. The second and third were headline tours around the UK and most of Europe, the 4th and 5th were out in Australia as part of the Parklife tour and the last was a tour around America taking in over 30 states and Canada. I have experience playing at some of the worlds largest Festivals to packed out arenas and tents including Reading and Leeds festival 2012 and 2013, Download festival, Glastonbury, Coachella, Lollapaloza, Pukklepop, Ultra music festival, Rock am Ring, EDC Las Vegas to name but a few (Full list of show's performed available on request). I'm a fun loving, easy to get along with guy who loves to play music. I live for the stage and I'm looking to find a bunch of good people to share good times with, make good music with, have a good laugh and hopefully succeed within the Industry. I do still have some strong contacts inside the Industry who I'm happy to call on if the band is right.

6 Piece Yamaha stage custom Neavue series, Birch Drum kit. Iron Cobra Double kick pedal, several boom stands and all hardware including cases and Drum Matt. Sabian AAX Series 14, 18'' Crash, Meinl Fast Hi - Hats, Zildjian A Custom Hi hats, and Ride. A custom China Crash 18'' and a collection of splashes and FX cymbals from various brands. Fender Jag, Tanglewood Bass, Tanglewood Tomkat Guitar, Hiwatt Amplifier and some crappy yamaha keyboards which can be used for Midi. I also have my own in ear monitors. Powerful mac that runs Logic X, few decent mics and some KRK monitors.
