I am a tight proficient bass player with over 10 years of live performance and studio work nationally and abroad. I am a fast learner and a good improviser, able to play what's required at the time to any specification, whatever the style. I am able to work under pressure creatively and imaginatively and willing to input any ideas when appropriate or requested.
I have played a wide range of styles (both original material and covers) with numerous bands and individuals including Helen Turner ( Style council / Paul Weller) producer Phil Vinyl (Placebo/ The Auters) and Shane McGowan
The range of styles that I have covered include funk, soul, dance, rock, hip hop, dub, jazz through to indie, blues and folk and have also had experience playing for musicals an example being touring France with a production of Grease. I also studied at Leeds college of music for two years.
In recent years I have been touring and recording with a Dublin based band Cronin formerly known as The Aftermath during that time we supported the likes of The Script, The Pigeon Detectives, Razorlight. The Frames, The Streets and Ian Brown.
