ABOUT

Americana, Outlaw Country & Classic rock covers band is looking to bring on board a couple of musicians to pick back up after the sad loss of our friend and band member also taking the opportunity to alter direction slightly. We need a lead guitarist, bass player. We also need you to be able to cover backing vox since harmonies are an essential part of our vision. This is a chance to contribute to the material as we rebuild. Experienced musicians only please. If you are into the idea of playing Tom Petty, Counting Crows, Bob Seger, Fleetwood Mac, John Hiatt, the Eagles and contributed to original material get in contact we're looking to start auditioning back end of January 2018 or beginning of February 2018. We have demo material recorded and serious applicants will get access.

Influences

I am a big fan of what is now called Americana and love, The Georgia Satellites, Cracker, Jason & The Scorchers, John Hiatt, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, John Mellencamp, Counting Crows to name just a few.

I am also into all the classic stuff from Zep, Floyd, Purple to Humble Pie, Mott The Hoople, Faces, Queen, Free, AC-DC. Examples of more modern rock stuff I like are Oasis, Manic Street Preachers, The National, Muse.

I think it's safe to say I have been a magpie down the years and stolen little bits of technique from lots of places
