ABOUT

Hi there my name is Laura Therese and I have been a professional vocalists for nine years.

I was the lead singer of Glasgow based band ‘I am Darkwater’ for 7 years. We originally had the name Darkwater but due to a band in Seden having the same name we amended the name.

We completed two Major UK tours supporting Hayseed Dixie and one UK tour supporting The Rezillos. We have also supported bands such as The Damned, Wolfmother and Primal Scream.

We also completed a tour around the Czech Republic and Slovakia supporting Dog Eat Dog. Following on from this we headlined our own tour in the Netherlands.

The band went their separate ways in 2012 so I have not been performing for the last 2 years but I miss it greatly. I love performing and I am very enthusiastic to start new and exciting projects.
