I am 46 years old with 35 years of guitar playing experience. I've been playing in rock bands since I got my first electric guitar in 1974. I've also spent time working on my own as an acoustic solo instrumentalist. I've got extensive studio experience and have a lot of original instrumental material as well as some songs which need lyrics.... I'm currently working with Newcastle based singer songwriter Paul Carney and we're looking for a percussionist and possibly a keyboard player who can double up on other instruments as we don't want keyboards in every song. Right now I'm only using my 1983 aria SB900 Fretless Bass and my ltd edition 40th anniversary flying V but I'll probably add a 12 string soon as we do a lot of quieter acoustic stuff as well as rocky stuff, it's a pretty mixed bag of cross genre songs really.

I'm currently playing the guitars through a Line 6 Vetta.
