About

We are an all female band, looking for more female musicians. In particular we are after a bass player and a drummer/percussionist. There are 4 of us so far - 3 singers (1 plays guitar and keyboard) and a sax/clarinet player.
we write our own songs, which are melodic and have an indie/folky/bit of jazz sound. We want to create more styles of music and need more musicians to do it.
We have been together for about 6 months, have done a gig and have another booked mid October.
We have some rough versions of the songs recorded, so if you want to hear them just let me know. We are in the process of setting up a myspace page.
You don't have to be advanced on your instrument as long as you can play the basics and have good rhythm, you can learn as we go.

Influences

We all like a range of music and between us cover a wide variety of genres from Ska to rock and jazz to hip hop.
