We are a six member ska/funk/swing/latin group called Jungle Brew, based in the South East of England (Surrey). We have been together around 7 months now and things are going very well for us. We have already played 3 weddings, numerous pub gigs and are set to play at a small festival in September, plus plenty of other upcoming bookings.
Unfortunately, our current bassist and also our trumpet player will not be able to perform with us past next month as they are relocating abroad. Though very sad to see them go, we need to find their replacements pretty quickly to carry on the quite extraordinary momentum we have built up in this short time.
Our age range is 20s-30s. The band so far consists of vox/guitar/keys/bass(though not for long)/drums/percussion and trumpet(also leaving). We would ideally be after people within the same age group, have experience of playing live and are competent players(obviously). Both electric and upright considered for bass.
