I have been playing drums for about 5 years and I love it. I have played instruments since the age of 7 starting on violin and then picking up different instruments like saxophone. I have played with various bands, mostly rock, punk and indie. I have had some recording experience, releasing an album with one band at university which was amazing.

I now work since having left uni and really want to get into a band and start playing some gigs. I prefer playing original material but don't mind playing the occasional cover. I am dying to play with othermusician who love their instruments and music!

Influences:

I have lots of influences ranging my style. I try not to keep to one style of drumming. I like to improvise and hear new music. You can't beat the basic rock beats played by The Who, Rolling Stones and the Beatles. I like challenging myself with new and tricky music like Red Hot Chilli Peppers, bits of funk and jazz by people like Eric Marienthal. I am always up for something new!
