I'm a graduate composer studying in colchester for a masters degree in music composition. I'm most predominantly an electric guitarist (grade 8 RGT, BA [Hons] Music), but i play classical, acoustic and bass guitar as well. I play double bass and i sing in both classical and metal styles. I compose and perform a mixture of modern/contemporary classical, modern jazz/fusion and avant-garde metal music.

I am keen to start an avant-garde metal band soon. I was in a band based in Ipswich called Reciprocal who i gigged with over a period of 8 years before it split up last year. I have done a large number of performances at university.

I'm interested in starting a band that goes beyond the traditional 2 guitars, bass and drums group format, with possible inclusion of woodwind and/or brass.
