I have been playing in bands since I was 13 and, depending on the band/genre, have been the designated keyboard player, bassist, guitarist, vocalist.
I am currently a multi-instrumentalist, playing 12 string acoustic & electric guitars, Nashville guitar, keyboards and backing vocals in a newly formed band in Hereford. My previous band, which rehearsed in Swindon (too far to travel) played largely self-penned material. The new band is planning a 50/50 split of original material and covers and has currently worked-up 15 songs. These include Black Magic Woman (Santana), Go Your Own Way (Fleetwood Mac), How Long (Paul Carrick), The Way it Is (Bruce Hornsby), Sitting on the Dock of the Bay (Otis Redding).
We are looking for an experienced vocalist, who is not pitchy and can genuinely 'front' a band. We're not bothered what gender or age you are. Much of our original material was written for a female voice.

Influences
It depends which member of the band you're talking to: Fleetwood Mac, Stones, 10cc, Wishbone Ash, The Beatles, Dawes (current US band not to be confused with The Doors), various blues artists, R&B, our drummer has jazz influences
